This integrated approach allows ERAM to understand poultry production from the breeding stage through to commercial egg production.

With approximately 150,000 laying birds, ERAM’s commercial poultry operation demonstrates our commitment to large-scale poultry production and provides valuable practical experience in flock management, nutrition, animal health and egg production.
Our farm teams work every day to maintain bird health, manage feeding programmes, collect eggs and maintain efficient production systems.

ERAM Uganda Limited is pursuing strategic investments designed to increase productivity, improve product quality, strengthen operational efficiency and respond to the growing needs of poultry farmers
- Import Quality Feed Supplements and Additives
ERAM aims to strengthen access to high-quality feed supplements and nutritional additives that can support bird health, feed efficiency and production performance.
- Automated Egg Collection, Grading, Sorting & Labelling
ERAM plans to procure an automated egg-handling system capable of collecting, grading, sorting and labelling eggs.
- Poultry Feed Pellet Production
ERAM plans to procure a poultry feed pellet extruder / pellet-making machine to expand its feed-production capabilities and begin producing pellet feeds.
The investment will complement the company’s existing mash-feed production and allow ERAM to offer farmers a broader range of poultry-feed options.
The investment will help improve efficiency, reduce manual handling, strengthen consistency in egg grading and support better presentation of products for the market.
